Revamped Product Options & Values to Streamline eComm Sites

April 14, 2025

Introducing a newly centralised designated space in the native store for streamlined management of product options and values. This enhancement will save you time by reducing the need to navigate through individual product pages and will significantly improve efficiency for your eComm store as you configure product catalogs with various variants.

A single management page to oversee them all.

The updated options management page serves as a centralised hub for viewing, editing, and managing all the product options and their associated values established in the store. Here, you can introduce new options, modify the names of existing ones, and manage values, while also tracking the number of products linked to each option.

Easily update options and values across your site.

The revamped centralised management page for all product options and values enables you to effortlessly edit any specific option along with its corresponding values, such as updating the available colours for your store items. Just navigate to the colour option, modify the values accordingly, and any products associated with that option will immediately reflect those changes.

Additionally, we have introduced the feature to reorder options at the product level through an intuitive drag & drop interface. This empowers you to emphasise particular options as required, or to add more options and arrange them to suit your preferences.

New to product options?

In this scenario, we suggest beginning at the product level: navigate to a product in the catalog, scroll down to the product options, and select the Add Option action to initiate the process. Once you have at least one option configured, the Manage All Options button will become available, directing you to the new options management page referenced earlier.

A better eComm maintenance workflow

With this update, modifications to cross-catalog options will be implemented on the new centralised management page, whereas adjustments specific to individual products, such as reordering and value changes, will be handled directly on the product page.
